Where your reference comes from

You receive a project reference once your order or project is set up with us, in your proposal, invoice or a project email. If you have not received one yet, your project may not have been set up, or it may still be at the quote stage.

Treat the reference like a password: anyone who has it can see the status. The page shows only the current stage, the date it last changed, and a short status note — never contact, payment, or project details.
