UX/UI & Digital Product Design

Interface and experience design for products and websites that need to feel considered, not assembled.

The problem

A product can be technically solid and still lose users because the experience is confusing, inconsistent, or forgettable.

Our approach

We design interfaces and flows grounded in how people actually use the product, with a visual system distinctive enough to be memorable.

Typical deliverables

  • User flow mapping for core product journeys
  • Interface design system: components, type, color, spacing
  • High-fidelity screens for key flows
  • Interaction and motion specification
  • Developer-ready design handover

Suitable for

  • Products with usability or consistency problems
  • Teams launching a new product that needs a real design system
  • Businesses rebranding an existing digital product

What’s included

A standard engagement for this service covers the following. Your proposal states the exact scope for your project.

  • User flow mapping for the journeys in scope
  • Interface design system: components, typography, colour, spacing
  • High-fidelity screens for the agreed flows
  • Responsive behaviour across the agreed breakpoints
  • Interaction and motion specification
  • Developer-ready handover with assets and specifications

Scoped separately

Often assumed to be included, but quoted as its own scope. We flag these before work starts, not during it.

  • Front-end implementation of the designs, available as its own engagement
  • Primary user research: recruitment, moderated testing, and analysis
  • Brand identity creation as a standalone project
  • Illustration, 3D work, and custom photography
  • Ongoing design support after handover

Pricing

Custom project pricing

We do not publish a fixed price for this service, because the honest cost depends on what your project actually involves. You receive a written proposal with the price, scope, and payment schedule before you commit to anything, and no work begins until you approve it.

An estimated timeline is included in that proposal. It depends on the agreed scope and on how quickly feedback, content, and approvals come back — so we set it against your project rather than advertising a number that would not hold.

What determines the price

  • Number of unique screens and states, including empty and error states
  • Whether a design system already exists or has to be created
  • Depth of research and validation included
  • Number of platforms and breakpoints covered
  • Revision rounds agreed at each review point

How quoting, invoicing, and milestone payments work is set out in our Payment & Engagement Policy.

03

Design

Build a coherent visual and interaction system.

04
