FIKROVA LABSDigital Solutions Studio

How We Work

Scoped honestly, quoted in writing.

Fikrova Labs works through custom business-to-business project engagements. There is no shopping cart and no automated checkout — every project is scoped individually, priced in a written proposal, and approved by you before any work starts.

The process

From first enquiry to final handover

  1. Review the work

You look through the services and the projects we have built to judge whether the studio is a fit for what you need.

  2. Request a quote

You submit a project enquiry with your requirements, timeline, and budget range. This is an enquiry — nothing is charged and nothing is committed.

  3. We review the requirements

We read what you sent and come back with questions where the scope is unclear. If the project is not a good fit for the studio, we say so at this point.

  4. Scope and pricing are prepared

We define the deliverables, the estimated timeline, and the price, based on what the project actually requires rather than a standard package.

  5. You receive a written proposal

You get the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, and payment schedule in writing. You approve it — or ask us to change it — before anything else happens.

  6. Payment per the approved schedule

An invoice is issued against the approved proposal. Engagements may involve an initial payment before work begins and further payments tied to milestones.

  7. Work begins

Once the arrangement is accepted, the project starts. You know what is being built, in what order, and against which milestones.

  8. Milestones and revisions

Work progresses through the agreed milestones, with the review points and revision rounds set out in the proposal. Anything outside that scope is quoted before it is built.

  9. Digital delivery

Final deliverables are handed over electronically — code, designs, documentation, deployments, and access. Nothing is shipped physically.

  10. Completion and acceptance

You review the delivered work against the agreed scope within 14 calendar days of delivery, unless your proposal sets a different period. Once it matches, the project is confirmed complete.

Pricing

Custom project pricing

We do not publish fixed prices or standard packages, because the honest price of a project depends on what it actually involves. Instead, every engagement is priced against its own scope and set out in writing before you commit.

You approve the amount before work starts. Work outside the approved scope requires a new quote or a change order — it is never added to an invoice after the fact.

What determines the price

  • Scope and the number of deliverables
  • Technical complexity of what is being built
  • Integrations with third-party systems and APIs
  • Depth of design and research required
  • Timeline, and whether the schedule is compressed
  • Review cycles and revision rounds included

Project quotes and invoices are generally issued in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Available payment methods are specified on the applicable proposal or invoice. Full terms are in our Payment & Engagement Policy.

During the project

How you stay updated

Fikrova Labs LLC provides custom digital services rather than physical goods. Active clients receive project and milestone updates through the agreed project communication channel, which may include email, WhatsApp, scheduled calls, or project collaboration tools.

There is no order-tracking page, because there is no order to track in the retail sense — progress is reported against the milestones in your proposal by the people doing the work. We do not currently offer a client portal; if that changes, it will be announced here rather than implied in advance.

Delivery, revisions, handover, and acceptance are described in full in our Service Delivery Policy.
