1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to https://fikrovalabs.com, operated by Malik Aburayya under the Fikrova Labs brand. Fikrova Labs’s formal business registration is in progress; this website and policy will be updated with registered legal-entity details once that process is complete.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide directly, specifically:

• Through the Start a Project form: your name, email address, and optionally your company name and website, along with the project details, objective, budget range, and timeline you enter.
• Through the Contact form: your name, email address, and message.

We also automatically process a small amount of technical data needed to operate the forms securely: a cryptographically hashed version of your IP address (used only to apply rate limits and to detect accidental duplicate submissions — we do not store your raw IP address), your browser’s user agent string, the address of the page you submitted the form from, and the timestamp of your submission.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It is cookieless, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not ask for more information than a field requires.

3. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is coming from a real visitor rather than an automated script. Turnstile runs in your browser and may set an essential cookie or use similar device signals as part of that verification. This is a required, functional part of form security, not an analytics or advertising cookie. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to your project request or message.
• To evaluate whether we’re a good fit for your project.
• To detect and prevent spam or abusive form submissions.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Where information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database associated with this website’s hosting infrastructure, and a copy of the submission is sent to our own enquiry inbox so we can reply to you. Access is limited to Malik Aburayya as the operator of Fikrova Labs.

6. Data retention

We keep submitted information only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of past project discussions, and we periodically review stored submissions for deletion. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing info@fikrovalabs.com. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

8. Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above.
