Service
AI Solutions
Practical AI-powered features and tools embedded into real business workflows, not novelty demos.
The problem
Many businesses know AI could help them but aren't sure where it fits, or end up with a proof-of-concept that never becomes a reliable, production-ready tool.
Our approach
We identify where AI genuinely improves a workflow, then design and build that capability as a dependable part of your product or operations, with clear limits on what it should and shouldn't do.
Typical deliverables
- AI opportunity assessment for a specific workflow
- Prompt and system design for the chosen use case
- Integration into an existing product or internal tool
- Guardrails, evaluation, and fallback handling
- Documentation of capabilities and limitations
Suitable for
- Businesses with a repetitive, well-defined workflow to augment
- Products that need an AI-powered feature done responsibly
- Teams that want a working tool, not a demo
What’s included
A standard engagement for this service covers the following. Your proposal states the exact scope for your project.
- Assessment of the specific workflow, and whether AI genuinely fits it
- Model and approach selection for the chosen use case
- Prompt, retrieval, and system design
- Integration into your existing product or internal tool
- Guardrails, fallback handling, and evaluation against real cases
- Written documentation of what the system can and cannot do
Scoped separately
Often assumed to be included, but quoted as its own scope. We flag these before work starts, not during it.
- Model provider and inference costs, which are billed by the provider
- Training or fine-tuning a custom model on proprietary data
- Large-scale data labelling, cleaning, or annotation
- Regulatory, legal, or clinical validation of AI output
- Ongoing evaluation, monitoring, and retuning after handover
Pricing
Custom project pricing
We do not publish a fixed price for this service, because the honest cost depends on what your project actually involves. You receive a written proposal with the price, scope, and payment schedule before you commit to anything, and no work begins until you approve it.
An estimated timeline is included in that proposal. It depends on the agreed scope and on how quickly feedback, content, and approvals come back — so we set it against your project rather than advertising a number that would not hold.
What determines the price
- How well defined the workflow and its success criteria are
- Whether your data needs preparation before it can be used
- Depth of integration into existing systems
- Accuracy requirements, and how much evaluation those demand
- Whether a human review step has to be designed alongside it
How quoting, invoicing, and milestone payments work is set out in our Payment & Engagement Policy.

03
Build
Implement and integrate into the existing product or process.
04
Evaluate
Test against real cases before it touches production traffic.
05
Operate
Hand over a tool with documented behavior and limitations.
